American McGee's Grimm #1
Based on the popular PC games of the same name, American McGee’s Grimm features a mischievous dwarf who has grown tired of how sweet fairy tales have become and seeks to restore them to their darker roots. The first issue opens with Grimm seemingly completing his task. He’s on the lookout for a new fallacy to rectify when he happens upon a newsstand selling comic books. He reminds the reader that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results - the perfect description of a superhero comic book. With this in mind, Grimm proceeds to do what he can to bring about a crisis that is truly final... at least, for the heroes.
