Captain America: Man Out of Time #2

Steve Rogers is still on shaky ground. Is he really walking around in a world almost sixty years past the one he knows, or is his reawakening in 'modern' New York some wild hallucination? What possible purpose does a patriotic war hero like Captain America serve in a world like this one? And how can a man out of time get back home where he belongs?
