Conan #36

"Crom curse Picts and Prophets!" King Conan has traced the treachery to its source: a dark Prophet who has rallied the Picts to arms. Now, the Cimmerian must place his life in the hands of a mysterious Pictish witch as he ventures into the depths of the ocean to find the only weapon that can stop the Prophet. Conan artist Cary Nord catches his breath as seasoned Conan veteran Paul Lee (Demons of Khitai) joins regular writer Tim Truman to spin this tantalizing tale of mystery, magic, and mayhem, set during Conan's reign as king of Aquilonia. An oft-requested peek into Conan's years as king, and a direct sequel to Robert E. Howard's "The Phoenix on the Sword."
