Enter Deathmasque, a villain designed to be the Ray's arch nemesis. Their first encounter is almost fatal for the Ray, and the young hero must save Philadelphia from the very light entity that created him. Only one person can help him now-the super-powered criminal Dr. Polaris…but first the Ray has to break him out of prison.
